Course objectives
At the end of this course student will have basic knowledge about the project managemet. Thanks to the e-learning application, he or she will get experience in project planning and realization.
Syllabus
  • The main goal of this course is basic understanding of project management area. After the first lecture, every student will have to go through an e-learning application that simulates project management. First step of the application is to plan a house building project. After creating a valid plan, student will go through a realization part and will have to react to random events. Thanks to the application student will be able to try and to exercise some basic principles of project management.

Teaching methods
Short theoretical introduction followed by an e-learning application.
Assessment methods
examination (evaluation depends on results from e-learning application). Any copying, recording or leaking tests, use of unauthorized tools, aids and communication devices, or other disruptions of objectivity of exams (credit tests) will be considered non-compliance with the conditions for course completion as well as a severe violation of the study rules. Consequently, the teacher will finish the exam (credit test) by awarding grade "F" in the Information System, and the Dean will initiate disciplinary proceedings that may result in study termination.
