Course objectives
The main objective of the course focuses on understanding the interaction of transnational corporations in an international environment.

At the end of this course, students should be able to:
- understand the international environment in which multinational organizations operate;
- gather the necessary information affecting the behaviour of multinational companies in the local environment where the organization operates;
- explain effects of exposure to multinational organizations with local/global influence;
- assess factors involved in the management of multinational organizations;
- assess the function of business processes in international management to draw up the arguments for their use.

Teaching methods
Lectures are presentation by interpretation. Class discusion are implemented through the active work of the student and his presentation of selected case studies. Any copying, keeping a record of tests or carrying the tests out, using forbidden aids including any communication devices or any other breach of objectivity of the exam is regarded as a failure to meet the obligations of the subject and as a serious breach of study regulations. As a consequence, the teacher grades the student with "F" and the dean is allowed to initiate a disciplinary action, which might lead to the termination of the studies.

The formulation and presentation of selected topics concerning lectured topics - active participation in seminars. Oral exam
