Prerequisites
Studying in Huddersfield is designed for all students interested in bachelor programmes of Business Economics and Management and Economic Policy and master programmes of Business Economics and Management and Economic Policy in the full time form of study.
For bachelor students, it is optimal to complete one year's HUBS study in the third year. Students apply from the 2nd year of bachelor study.
The condition of admission to study at the HUBS is the successful completion of all program- and field-related subjects of the 1st-2nd year prescribed by the model study plan of the field of Business Economics and Management. This condition applies also to those who do not study Business Economics and Management. For most disciplines there are 3 to 4 extra subjects.
It is recommended that students of follow-up master degree studies be started at HUBS after the first semester at MU. Students apply from the 3rd year of bachelor studies. The condition of admission to study at HUBS is the successful completion of the bachelor study program.
Course Enrolment Limitations
The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
Students who attend the third year of their Bachelor's or Master's degree program will be eligible for recognition of all programme as well as subject-related subjects that are part of the third year (5th and 6th semester) study programmes of Business Economics, National Economics or Economic policy.
Programme as well as subject-related subjects of other disciplines may be recognized after the approval of the guarantor of the field. Students who graduate from the HUBS in other than third year of their studies may apply for the recognition of the individual subjects completed at the HUBS as equivalent to the program or field of compulsory subjects of the given year and field.
All students who successfully graduate at the HUBS are also eligible for recognising a number of credits up to 60 ECTS for the given academic year
Learning outcomes
By graduating at the University of Huddersfield, students will acquire knowledge and skills consistent with the study program of Business Economics and Management and Economic Policy, among others students will be able to present, discuss and write professional texts in English.

Regular meetings and/or e-mail contact with your Supervisor Lectures and seminars of courses up to the desired number of compulsory credits. 30 hours per week in private study/library.

Presentations and of case studies during the semester Working on the diploma thesis includes topic processing, research and evaluation. Regular meetings with the supervisor
