  • Warping and morphing of raster images.
  • Analytic surfaces. Parametric surfaces, patches, continuity.
  • Voxels, boundary, CSG models.
  • Local and global solids deformations.
  • 2D, 3D textures.
  • Space subdivision and searching methods.
  • Bounding volumes, bounding volumes hierarchies.
  • Ray tracing. Speedup techniques.
  • Radiosity.
  • Realistic rendering models. Global rendering equation.
  • Volume and surface visualisation.
  • Fractals, iterated function systems, L-grammars.
  • Specialised 3D graphics architectures.
