Course objectives
Digital representation af the numbers and characters. Conversion of the digital scales. Basic arithmetic and logical operations and their implementation by computer machines. Structural components of digital systems. Theory of the combinational and sequential circuits design. Operation principle of basic operational units of the digital systems. Structural procedure of the digital system. Structural cores of the digital systems.

Assessment methods (in Czech)
Zkouška se skládá ze tří částí: 1) obhajoba obvodů navržených v rámci praktických zaměstnání, 2) příklad - návrh obvodu a jeho simulace pomocí nástrojů implementovaných v Laboratoři architektury a konstrukce číslicových počítačů. 3) ústní odpověď na teoretickou otázku z přehledu témat ke zkoušce
