Course objectives
The objectives of the course is to educate future entrepreneurs and help them with execution of their own business ideas. New skills, knowledge and contacts that students gain will be useful in their further studies or in development of their own commercial projects.
Course is based on Lean Startup methodology and covers market validation phase and choosing most promising business model.
Course is open to foreign students and taught in English language.

  • Meeting successful entrepreneurs
  • Best practices in IT development, Agile
  • Marketing strategies, Sales skills
  • Entrepreneur's minimum, Law in IT, establishment of a company
  • Consulting the project with skilled entrepreneurs
  • Executive summary of a project
  • Public presentation of a project (elevator pitch)
Teaching methods
Seminars, workshops, team project, public presentation
Assessment methods
Continuous evaluation after several project steps, public presentation of the project.
Homeworks: business model canvas, executive summary, financial plan
