Course objectives
The subject consists of next two sub-subjects:
1. Human locomotion (Anthropomotorics): Student can characterize and diagnose base factors of motoric abilities. He can explain base precondiotions and development of motoric learning. He can characterize typical manifestation of motoric ontogenesis.
2. Base of the Exercise Physiology and Sports Medicine: Student can consider factors and its relations of a reaction and adaptation to exercise, the ralationship between helath and exercise and sport activity.
Students should continue at connecting subjects of doctoral study of kinanthropology.

  • Motoric abilities - explanation, structure, testing
  • Motoric skills - explanation, division, testing
  • Physiology of human movement:
  • Skeletal muscles - structure and function
  • Energy metabolism
  • Neural movement regulation
  • Reaction and adaptation to physical loading - neural system
  • Reaction and adaptation to physical loading - hormonal system
  • Reaction and adaptation to physical loading - circulatory system
  • Reaction and adaptation to physical loading - respiratory system
  • Reaction and adaptation to physical loading - metabolism
  • Base of sports medicine - human movement and health:
  • Prevention of sports injuries
  • Preventive examen of athletes
  • Health backround of sport action and P.E.
  • Sport of children, women and seniors
  • Asthma bronchiale and sport
  • Diabetes mellitus and sport
  • Back-pain and sport
  • Health problems of sports I (e.g. running, cycling, swimming, …)
  • Health problems of sports II (e.g. footbal, ice-hockey, box, …)
  • Prevention of dopingu in sport
