The aim is to understand the special aspect in training in different categories (pupils, juniors, seniors) and differences in women training.

  • Theory: 1. Specialities in training of pupils, cadets, juniors and seniors 2. Specialities in training of women 3. Coordination skills 4. Strategy and tactics Practice: 1. Specific workouts for develping of tactical thinkung 2. Specific workouts for different age groups
