The course is provided for optional PE only. Introduction to Psychomotor Games are followed by Psychomotor Games where we focus more on active creation and independent participation and direction of psychomotor activities. - Course Enrolment Limitations

- Course objectives
- At the end of the course students should be able to:
-interpret the importance of psychomtor games in common life of man
- choose suitable psychomotor activities in specific situations
- improve the level of motor skills and fitness
- feel the positive approach towards sports activities and consider them a suitable protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress
- to influence consciously their lifestyle by means of motor activities - Syllabus
- Introductory activities, icebreakers
- Non-traditional equipment(plastic cups, rattles, beer mats, parachutes, covers, scarves...)
- Non-traditional tools (stilts, spinning top, trolleys, rollons..)
- Senzomotoric exercises
- Relaxing techniques

- The credit is given to students for the attendance of a certain quality: more than 50% of the direct attendance is required
- 1 possible absence without apology
- 2 more possible absences with the list of apology
