Course objectives
At the end of the course student should be able to - show basic self-defence techniques according to subject curriculum - understand and apply basic strategical, tactical and technical principles of self-defence - solve basic model self-defence situation
Syllabus
  • 1. Strategical, tactical and technical principles of self-defence 2. Selection of techniques in self-defence 3. Basic combative techniques - punches - kicks - throws - joint locks 4. Defence against grasp 5. Defence against hug 6. Defence against choke 7. Defence against punch 8. Defence against kick 9. Model self-defence situation
