The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
At the end of this course students should be able to perform kinesiologycal analyze of movement, diagnostic and to design suitable corrective exercises
Syllabus
  • Body posture with respect of the ontogenesis kinesiology (diagnostic and corrective exercises)
  • Core (deep stabilization) system: diagnostic and corrective exercises
  • Hyper mobility: type of hyper mobility, diagnostic, suitable exercises
  • Motor stereotypes: diagnostic, corrective exercises
  • Corrective exercises for the people with sedentary life style
  • On the basis of the kinesiology analyze create exercise program oriented to the correction of onside load into the sport (volleyball, football, tennis...)
