Course objectives
The course contents are different types of dynamic exercises suitable for developing strength, speed and endurance skills. The development of the abovementioned capabilities will help us with the latest trends in fitness training such as HIIT and TABATA Circular Training, for which there is a typical alternation of short intervals of high intensity and relaxation, and many other new forms of exercise. During exercise, we will use the weights of our own body and exercise aids, both classic and latest trends in fitness training. Each lesson will end with a thorough stretch. Conditional exercise is suitable for anyone who wants to strengthen their body and improve their physical condition.
