WingTsun is a complex and effective kind of martial arts originated back to the ancient China, where it appeared centuries ago. According to a legend, it was created by a woman. For a long time, it was a secret clan system passed from generation to generation by family members only. The system only began to expand throughout the world in the last century. The unconventional approach towards the enemy is one of the most impressive features of WingTsun, as well as its realistic and intelligent approach to combating, which is highly acclaimed by experts. Modern and dynamic teaching methodology is considered its big advantage, where the natural development of humans is emphasized and their defensive reflexes are cultivated.
