Na konci tohoto kurzu bude schopen: - používat metody psychologie koučování při práci se sportovci - porozumět základním vztahům v dyadické interakci - schopen řešit taktilní způsoby řízení sportovců při sportovních soutěžích - schopen aplikovat získané poznatky ve školní tělesné výchově
Syllabus
  • Coaching psychology comes under the fundamental coaching skills of work with sports groups or a team. The coach is responsible for mental state of sportsmen and for their performance in contests, whereas the trainer is responsible for physical preparation. However, the trainer often represents a coach at the same time.
  • 1. Applied science discipline of sports psychology and its relation to other of disciplines
  • 2. Dyadic interaction, its scheme and practical use, regulation of sportsmen
  • 3. Characteristics of a coach, basic rating of coach activities
  • Shooting, swimming, skiing, biathlon, cycling, badminton, basketball, baseball, football, athletics, voleyball.
