- Course objectives
- The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle It is a body building aerobic training focused on body shaping without sports equipment when using the body weight only.All muscle parts are trained , the upper as well as underbelly body parts.The muscle groups which tend to shorten are trained mainly. We put a stress on the correct body building technique.

- 1. Training of the correct bodybuliding techniques in basic position 2. Simple choreograpies formed with basic bodybuilding exercices 3. Training of the correct bodybuliding techniques on a mat 4. Final stretching
