The appropriate wealth state for six-hours hiking trips.The trips are not physically demanding. The course is geared for obligatory PE only.

Course objectives
The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle The course is offered for those who are concerned with hiking. Four different one-day hiking trips are hold at some weekend days (Saturdays or Sundays) in the course of March and May. The particular trips are hold within the course group the students have registered in.
Syllabus
  • Hiking trips of all seminar groups will be held on 14.3.2009, 28.3.2009, 25.4.2009, 16.5.2009. Detailed information about destination of each trip will be specified.
