Course objectives
Upon successful completion of the course "Fundamentals of Athletics" will be able to: - apply the correct technique and way run, obstacle course, foundations runs, jump far and coupling way, high jump and flop shot put with a back way - to interpret the optimal technique selected athletic disciplines (runs, long jump, high, shot put) - describe the fundamental flaws in the technical design physical nature of the athletic task - to design a set of physical exercises suitable for correction of errors the technical execution of the move - propose a compensation exercise for each athletic discipline (correction one-sided load) - to design the optimal training load application speed and endurance character due to fitness levels and age group athletes - to interpret the results of the exercise protocols and propose according to their zone settings in sport testers.

  • 1.hour - Introduction to study athletics, 2 to 6 hour - training and analysis techniques smooth runs, obstacle runs, jump far and coupling way flop high jump and shot put with a back way, 7 - 8 Correction of errors in the technical execution of motion tasks atl. character of, 9 - 10 Compensation and training exercises Athletics, 11 to 12 Athletic Training (speed and endurance) for different age categories and performance athletes 13th hour - The use of exercise protocols for the content of planning and implementation of training, 14.hodina - midterm test submission of essay, example techniques selected athletic discipline.

Teaching methods
Practical exercises carried out at the athletic stadium.
Assessment methods
Credit is awarded based on student active participation in practical training (2 absences allowed) and execute the following requirements: • The successful completion of a written test (10 closed questions on issues discussed, see chart for completion is required to write test with at least 70% success rate), • recognition of the quality cast essay (approx. 1 page A4, the work contains a set of compensatory exercises for selected athletic discipline - draws the student), • the right demonstration of techniques selected athletic discipline - draws the student.
