Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to:
- define basic team skills, structure, team roles and important aspects for effective team cooperation
-describe the difference between a group and a team, describe phases of group dynamics and define competences or needs of team members
-define and evaluate (on the basis of practical activities and exercises) their status within the study group from the point of view of team roles, communication or cooperation

Lecture and a practial seminar focused on selected topics from the area of team skills
Assessment methods
1. Active participation in lectures and seminars (MAX 1 absence accepted out of total 9 lessons)
2. Presentation (10 min) of an acitivity focused on a selected team skill
3. Handing in a lesson plan of the presented activity into the Odevzdavarna file in IS muni
4. Written test
