Course objectives
After the course students will be familiar with theory and practises of harmonization exercises. Participants should be ready to: - see the difference between exercise based on traditional system and modern application using just some special components of it - understand and be able to exploit principles of developing of human beeing according to yoga - be aware of the fundamental relationship of developement of human body, breath, emotions and mind
Learning outcomes
After the course students will be familiar with basic theory and practises of harmonization exercises.
Participants should be ready to:
- see the difference between exercise based on traditional system and modern application using just some special components of it
- understand and be able to exploit possibilities of traditional yoga asanas and principles of developing of human beeing according to harmonization exercises.
Syllabus
  • 1. Types of harmonization exercises.
  • 2. Relaxation techniques (autogenic relaxation,progressive muscle relaxation,visualization).
  • 3. Meditation (meditation and emotional well-being, types of meditation).
  • 4. Principles of yoga.
  • 5. Basic asanas of hathayoga.
  • 6. Breathing exercises and pranayama.
  • 7. Dynamic forms of yoga.
