- The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle Training of the correct Pilates exercise performance, mastering of correct breathing. 2 types of the exercise will be opened: 1/ Pilates mat plus sports aids 2/ Rollpilates plus sports aids, where besides the classical Pilates exercise the exercise of fascial network is included, which means the training with the use of foam rollers and different types of the fascial meridian stretching. This kind of exercise remodels and rehydrates the net. The fascial tissue is an unseperable part of the locomotor system and its correct functioning is important for the posture and the prevention of injuries.
