- Course objectives
- The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle Summer sports courses focus on fitness, different locomotory skills, and hiking helps to improve the cognition of enviroment.

- After finishing the course the student will be able to cope skills related to the type of individual courses.

- Courses are divided according to the focus. The content of each course is given by the nature of the course, which is communicated to students in the information before signing up for the course
