Abstract

At Zumba lessons, we dance but also work out. We involve the whole body and the legs, butt and middle of the body are the most involved. The class alternates between a faster pace and a slower one, so that the body burns and we improve our condition. You will meet the rhythms of Latin American dances, as well as other genres from around the world. You don't have to be able to dance to master Zumba. The choreographies are set so that even a beginner can dance them.
