- Abstract
- The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle The students are divided into groups according to their abilities (beginners, intermediate, advanced)and helps master game activities.
- Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, students will be able: - to be capable of using basic volleyball skills and abilities in accord with the valid game rules
- Key topics
- Beginners: training of overhead pass, forearm pass, smashing, underhand service, overhand service
Intermediate: development of mastered volleyball skills: setting along the net from zones 3 and 2, serve reception, attack hit (shot placement), block (forming a double block), defensive digging in the backcourt, jump overhand serve.
