Course objectives
The aim of the course is to orient students in particular areas of personal management, that form essential part of complex process of organization management, to analyze single processes of personal management in term of aims, activities, strategies and approaches. Main emphasis is placed on explication of connections among strategy-organization-management and human resources as an indivisible complex, whereof an existence of one conditions necessity of the other. The mastering of initial assumptions of personal management, that is planning in area of human resources and personal analyses is fundamental for systemic approach to activities and processes of personal management. These two activities tend to be inadequately done, both for their relative difficultness and primarily for poor qualification of personal managers.
