Course objectives
At the end of the course the student will understand the crucial terms of theory of state and constitutional law; the student will know the structure and functions of modern state; the student will be able to characterize the individual concepts of state forms; the student will understand the basics of human rights protection.
Learning outcomes
The student will:
understand the fundamental concepts of state and political science;
be able to describe the organizational structure of the modern state;
be able to characterize the functioning of the contemporary state and the political system in general;
understand the basics of human rights.
