Course objectives
The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the international trade law in its three levels. The course is aimed at the basic overview of the international economic law, at the regulation of import and export in the framework of the EU and at the regaulation of international sales contracts.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student should be able:
to identify three levels of relationships existing in international trade; to understand the mutual relationship between these levels; to understand the rudiments of the legal regulation of these levels; to apply legal rules to simple cases

  • 1. Three levels of the regulation of the international trade law.
  • 2. International Economic Law
  • 3. Regulation of import and export in the framework of the EU
  • 4. Sale of goods.
