Abstract
Criminal Law Substantive V - Alternative Solutions in Criminal Law: Alternatives to the system of Criminal Law Substantive (and Criminal proceedure) and within the system of Criminal Law Substantive (and Criminal Procedure). Position of Criminal Law Substantive (and Criminal Procedure)in the system of penal policies.
