Course objectives
The course is a follow-up to the Enforcement Law I. Its purpose is to acquaint students with enforcement involving tangible property, enforcement involving receivables, distraint on non-monetary benefits, and enforcement disputes.
Learning outcomes
After completing this course, the student will be able to understand the various types of enforcement and enforcement disputes.
