Course objectives
The aim of the course is to deepen the understanding of the theoretical and practical issues of civil court proceedings - actions, the law of action and other procedural acts of the parties.
Learning outcomes
After completion of the course, students should be able to understand and explain the theoretical and practical issues related to the actions, law of actions and other procedural acts of the parties.
