Abstract
The aim of the subject is to provide knowledge about the basic institutes and concepts of administrative law and, above all, about the public administration in organisational terms, especially in terms of its legal aspects. In this regard, attention is paid to bodies and bodies or executors of public administration at different levels and sections, both in the area of government and self-government.
Learning outcomes
The student after successfully completing the course: - has knowledge of basic institutes and concepts of administrative law, which he is able to apply even in relation to more specific issues of public administration organisation; - understands the view of public administration in terms of organisational concept and relevant organisational principles, which it is able to present in practical terms; - is equipped with knowledge of individual public policy holders (entities), understands the differences in their status and their relationship with public administration enforcers; - has a track record of the various executors of government at both central and territorial levels; - is able to navigate the differences and links between government and self-government; - has knowledge of the position and importance of professional, interest-based and, above all, territorial self-government, in which he also has insight into the opportunities for participation in its exercise by its recipients.
