Course objectives
The aim of this subject is to learn about crucial terms of theory of state and constitutional law and also about the structure and functions of modern state beside characterisation of constitution and constitutional law itself and finally, to focus on Bill of Rights in the context of field of study. Attention is paid for basic constitutional regulation and methods of cross-references within it.

  • Term of state, functions of state, state territory and population, bodies of government and their status, constitution, Bill of Rights, cross-references in constitutional regulation.
