Course objectives
Basic delimitation of administrative law and public administration; the organisation of public administration; implementing public administration. Procedural administrative law - concept, nature and aims; general and special regulations of administrative procedure. Introduction to the "special" section of administrative law, characteristics of more important "resort" subsystems of public administration.
Syllabus
  • Procedural administrative law - concept, nature, and aims; Position of procedural administrative law within the system of administrative law; Administrative processes - concept and types; Administrative action as an administrative process; General and special regulations of administrative procedure; Basic institutes of general administrative procedure - the concept of administrative procedure, the scope of action of the Administrative Code, basic principles of administrative procedure, subjects of administrative procedure, commencement and course of administrative procedure, provisions about the course and aim of administrative procedure, acquisition of information for decision-making, administrative decision-making, remedies, implementation of decisions; Selected types of "special" administrative procedure - misdemeanours, administrative procedure and the Building Code, Water management procedure, Real estate cadastre procedure, Land alteration procedure
