Course objectives
Church law is bringing to students an information about bases of legal reglementation of freedom of conscience and religion. It is about legal reglementation of constitutional principles.Freedom of religion is an principle of an International Law.Lectures deals with the bases of the czech confesional legal culture.There is a description of the institutes of the law of Churches and religious societas in our country.
