Abstract
The main objectives can be summarized as follows: to be introduced to legal French to learn specific features of the French administrative and legal system to get new knowledge and new communicative competences and oral skills, in particular understanding both written and spoken texts
Key topics
Topics for work with texts and for communicating professional issues relating to the following fields: Employment Law and Social Security Law, Business Law, Contract, Environmental Law, European Law, Case law of the European Court of Justice. Lexis and grammar of the language for specific purposes.

Method of verifying learning outcomes and course completion requirements
The course is taught in the form of seminars. It is ended by a credit awarded on the basis of an active participation in class discussions (80%), working out a paper (translation of a judgment)and passing the final credit test (70%).

Kromě uvedené literatury se pracuje s odbornými texty a dokumenty zpracovanými ve formě brožury určené k rozmnožení (Fr.pro právníky - Jazyk I,3. 58 s.).
