Course objectives
The objective of the course is application of theoretical knowledge of land law on concrete practical cases. Practical cases are selected by the lectors according to their choice.

Assessment methods
The way of seminar work as well as the conditions for gaining the credist will be announced to students by each lecturer at first seminar. The basic condition for all students to gain the credit is absolute attendance at seminars. Replacement of absence is possible at the which is led by relevant lecturer or by working out the performance according lecturer assignment. Students, who will not fulfil the conditions for gaining the credit, have to write a test in term given by lecturer. The test will cover the areas which student did not practise on the seminars. The conditions for students with individual study plans are precisely described in and publish in Informative system of Masaryk University. The exam consists of written and oral part.
