Abstract
At the end of the course student should be able to record and interpret basic sources of Land Law. The student will be able to explain institutes of Land Law. The student will be able to create the legal view for the concrete cases, to assign the competent authority and formulate the appropriate filling.
Learning outcomes
Upon successful completion of the course, students will acquire a fundamental grasp of the regulations of the general part (especially the Building Act, the Cadastral Act, the Civil Code, the Act on Property Valuation, the Act on Expropriation) and the special part of the land law (e.g. the Act on the Protection of the Agricultural Land , the Act on the Protection of Nature or Water) and will be able to apply them to specific cases in practice (e.g. change of the type of land, submission of an application for expropriation, assessment of the possible use of land, entries in the Land Registry).

Approaches, practices, and methods used in teaching
Lectures according to given syllabus and study hour. E-learning is provided with an interactive curriculum, background materials in electronic form and links to various (also media) publicly available resources in electronic form.
Method of verifying learning outcomes and course completion requirements
The exam: written test: Model example case – solving theoretical and practical issues which are connected with the case. The teacher makes the assessment based on the correctness and completeness of the answers. Legal regulations may be used in the course of the written part of the examination.
