- Course objectives
- The modul is aimed at examining Labou Law in an enterprise. The scope of Labour Law will include those concepts which are necessary for managing personal processes in a company. This module will enable students to acquire knowledge and skolls in the following areas: legal basics of Labour Law in the context of EC Law; an analysis of methods and instruments for making and developing staff; carrying on a social dialogue; making and using the wage-system; prvention and liability.
