- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to acquire knowledge of the nature of the testing in the form of clauses, the objectives of this work and the way of evaluating this work, including the procedure for the preparation of the assignment of work for different types of study.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of the course the student should be able: - to describe where it is appropriate to use for the examination of the final work; -to assemble the final work; -to evaluate the final work; -to defend the evaluation of work.

- 1. Introduction 2. Definition owf the final written work . 3. Appropriate structure of the final written work on the example from the area of international private and commercial law. 3. Preparation of the final written work. 4. Evaluation of the final written work. 5. Conclusion.
