Course objectives
The aim of the course is to deal with the modification of the method of administrative and legal regulation in the case of a specific public financial activity, especially in relation to the topic of the dissertation.
Learning outcomes
Students will be able to:
- perceive the topic of my dissertation also at the level of administrative law;
- perceive the nature of financial law as a derivative of administrative law;
- apply knowledge in his / her dissertation and publishing activities.
Syllabus
  • - derivatives of administrative law;
  • - determination of financial law;
  • - administrative-legal method of regulation and method of regulation of public financial activity;
  • - the possibilities of interaction between the science of administrative law and the science of financial law.
