- Course objectives
- The aim of the subject is to study rules of procedure and with internal and office order for courts.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of this course the student will be able to: Use the information about the concepts and institutes of civil procedure law to solve concrete procedural situations; Make independently some pleadings; Bring reasonable suggestions of solving the procedural situations; Apply the procedure law to concrete procedural situations.

- The course is finished by a credit. In order to receive it, students must be prepared to actively participate in class, write the assigned court documents, and successfully complete a test of their knowledge of the Rules of Procedure and Office.
