- Course objectives
- The purpose of teaching in the subject Civil law procedural V. is related to the previous subjects Civil law procedural I. - IV. to deepen the knowledge of other basic civil process institutes.

- At the end of the course students will be able to understand basic theoretical aspects of accelerating proceedings, judgments and res iudicata.
