Course objectives
The purpose of teaching in the subject Civil law procedural V. is related to the previous subjects Civil law procedural I. - IV. to deepen the knowledge of other basic civil process institutes.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course students will be able to understand basic theoretical aspects of accelerating proceedings, judgments and res iudicata.
