- The courses are intended to improve the skill of critical legal thinking: clarification of the argument and of its components, interpretation, critical analysis of prejudice.

- The aim of the discussions is learning:1. a) clarification of arguments and of its components; b) identification of conclusions; c) formulation of assumption; d)criticism of the prejudice; 2. to used the relevant legal term and cathegories

- Syllabus on legal philosophy:1. What is the legal philosophy? 2. Law and moral. 3. Concept of the natural law. 4. Concept of the positive law. 5. Law and Justice. 6. The basic principle of the theory of human rights
