Course objectives

Understanding of principles of land law relationships within specific regimes of various land types.

Syllabus

• 1) Legal regime of agricultural land resources 2) Legal regime of fores land 3. Legal regime of land used for water management 4) Legal regime of land used for nature protection 5) Legal regime of land for transport 6) Legal regime of land for mineral exploitation
