- Course objectives
- The purpose of the subject Civil Procedure Law II. is to deepen the knowledge of theory and practical interpretative impacts of the basic institutes of civil law of procedural-procedural entities and of procedural relationship.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of the course students should be able to understand and explain theoretical and practical questions concerning a fundamental institutes of a civil procedure - a procedural entities and procedural relationship.
