- Abstract
- The aim of the course is to deepen the knowledge of theory and practical interpretative and practical implications of institutes of civil procedural law as a wider basis for the fields of labor law, commercial law and private international law.

- At the end of the course students should be able to understand and explain the importance of a civil procedure law for labour law, business law and international private law.
