Course objectives
This course connects knowledge from law and marketing (especially aimed on selected communications´ instruments). Course stresses practical application of gained knowledge.
Learning outcomes
Students develop his knowledge of legal regulation of business names, elevate their understanding of the principal of legal regulation of business names, ability to orientate oneself in text of regulation and to solve simple cases.

Teaching methods
Different structures for presenting problems will be used in the teaching: a recap of the legal regulation and the accompanying economic impacts, including solutions to specific case examples.
Assessment methods
The course finishes with colloquium.Students prove their knowledge classification makes the teacher according to correctness and perfection of the answers.
