- The course is offered to students of any study field.
- Abstract
- The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the formal requirements for writing a thesis, adhering to publication ethics, and correctly citing sources. In this course, students will learn about the methods of thesis creation and also the preparation of a presentation for the thesis defense. Emphasis will be placed on creating the presentation and subsequent scientific discussion.
- Learning outcomes
- The student will: Know the requirements for the preparation and structure of a thesis Be able to formulate the objectives, research questions, and hypotheses of the thesis Be aware of the possibilities of using information sources for the preparation of the thesis, including the interpretation of ethical aspects Be able to independently search for professional sources Be able to present the results of their work and discuss them professionally

- Structure of the thesis, timeline, and formal processing. Searching for available scientific sources relevant to the thesis topic. Ethical aspects of the thesis, citation ethics. Writing the text, annotation, abstract, and review. Presentation skills: principles of creating presentations. Independent student presentations and professional discussion.
