Course objectives
The aim of the course is to broaden the knowledge and familiarize students with the newest medical findings and procedures in the field of orthopaedics and their impact on physiotherapy.
Learning outcomes
The student is able to apply new knowledge and procedures from the field of orthopaedics in physiotherapy.

  • Clinical examination in orthopaedics
  • Degenerative joint diseases
  • Bone and joint diseases other than arthritis
  • Hip endoprosthetics
  • Endoprosthetics of the knee joint
  • Endoprosthetics of the shoulder, elbow, ATC and other joints outside the hip and knee
  • Modern arthroscopy
