- Students will gain knowledge and skills needed to implement nursing activities in the field of standard hospital care, including practical application of the nursing process.
- Learning outcomes
- Student will be able to complete basic nursing care for children and adults after completing the subject.

- Content of the tutorial:
- Care of the patient / client environment, care unit and its equipment, classification of basic treatment units.
- Care of hospital bed, bedside aids
- Investigation and treatment positions. Nursing care, disinfection, sterilization
- Medical devices, distribution, types.
- Care for the hygiene of children and adults.
- Treatment of the patient with sores, soreness, prevention.
- Patient / client mobility, physical and mental activity, basal stimulation concept
