Abstract
Students will gain knowledge and skills needed to implement nursing activities in the field of standard hospital care, including practical application of the nursing process.
Learning outcomes
Students will be able to complete basic nursing care for adults after completing the subject.

  • Care of the patient / client environment, care unit and its equipment, classification of basic treatment units.

Method of verifying learning outcomes and course completion requirements

Completion: Examination – theoretical and practical part.

Requirements for completion:

  • 100% attendance at practical sessions,

  • at least 75% success rate in continuous tests (one test for each taught unit).

A condition for admission to the examination is achieving a score of at least 75% in the final test, which takes place at the beginning of the examination period.
A failed final test may be retaken by the student once.
